South America Trip January, 2017

This trip has been so much fun to get ready for.  Lots of reading and trying to learn some Spanish, learning how to use Google Translate, and packing.   Also, emails back and forth between all of the travelers in our small group.   Thanks to Julia Tindall for putting us all together and for being our organizer!

I decided to simplify my flying, so I drove to Florida.  I had a great visit with Jeanne Murphy Evans before I left and she graciously drove  me down to the Miami Airport on January 12th.  

Jeanne took me to see the beautiful beaches in Stuart, Florida.   The weather was glorious!  We had a really nice short visit prior to my flight to Santiago, Chile!
